Malahide Has It Festival

Sorry it's been so long since the blog has been updated.  Hope everyone enjoyed the sunny weather over these past few weeks.  I for one hope it keeps up this weekend for the Malahide Festival.  I'm excited to see some local bands playing and enjoy the treats Malahide has to offer.  If you're thinking of not coming to the gym this weekend because you're too busy at the festival, just remember these motivational quotes.

DELICIOUS TREAT FOR THIS WARM WEEKEND

Hey Guys,

Thought I'd share a super simple and easy recipe my sister introduced me to which will be perfect as a treat for this expected scorcher of a weekend.  I can't really call it a recipe as it only contains one ingredient but let me tell you it is DELICIOUS!!  It's Homemade Banana Ice Cream.  All you need to do is slice up a banana, pop it in the freezer for a few hours and then blend it up (this is the tricky part as it take a few minutes, I just use a hand held blender).

Voila, you have a treat that tastes EXACTLY like banana ice cream and wont make you feel guilty for indulging yourself.  Yummy.
