Hey Guys,
Hope you're all as happy as I am that the sun is still shining. Keith even did this morning's class outside in the grass. Why not come down this evening for our evening classes, Spin and Circuit at 6.15pm and a Fatburn class at 7pm.

Hey Guys,
Back home after my holidays and surprisingly happy to be home. The sun is shining, the gym is busy and there seems to be a happy buzz in the air. I hope everyone has been enjoying the sun these past few days, I heard it's been amazing. Hopefully it will keep up for the rest of the summer now (wishful thinking).
I stuck to my plan of eating lots of fruit and fish while I was away and I walked so much every day. I'm going to stick with the healthy eating and walking as I had so much more energy than usual and I'm feeling lovely and refreshed now.
Hope to see you all over the next few days (might even catch me breaking a sweat on the treadmill).
Lori
Hey Guys,
Quick post before I jet off on my holidays for a week..
Just wanted to say I hope you're all enjoying the sun, don't let this beautiful weather stop you from coming in for your workout. The sun is shining through and the doors are wide open with the fresh air blowing in. We're blessed with one of the best views in Malahide too so there's nothing stopping you.
See you all when I'm home (if I ever come home that is).

Hey Guys,
Decided to write a bit of a personal post today, I'm sure most of you will be able to relate to it. I'm going away on my holidays in a few days so I will be missing out on the gym for the next week and I am NOT looking forward to getting back into the swing of things when I come back. I will admit that I've been slacking on the aul workout front this past week and I know that this will make it even more difficult to get back into it when I'm home. I've made a few plans for while I'm away to keep me feeling fit, healthy and save me feeling like a slob from a few too many poolside mojitos.
I want to eat as much fresh fruit, veg and fish as I possibly can, sure to me this is what going to the sun is all about. Gorging on watermelon on the balcony during the day and eating sardines with your fingers in a local restaurant at night. I plan on swimming in the sea and going for walks along the beach every day so hopefully this will keep me on track on the exercise path. I might even treat myself to an ice cream or two while walking along the Marina In Lagos (Portugal). Sounds like heaven. Once I keep in mind that this is only a holiday and I'll be back in the gym afterwards I think it will stop me from turning into a complete glutton.
Water will be my drink of choice during the day to keep me hydrated and fresh and I will be donning the Factor 50 sunscreen to stop me from going bright red.
Do you guys have any tips for keeping on track while on holidays or any favourite food/drink you can't live without while you're away?
